I recently jumped through hoops with my borough, to set up my website as a "business", even though I don't offer anything for sale. I was provided a business license, which I uploaded to my Facebook business account, and it was accepted. Now my website can request - and, with user permission - receive the user's name, profile picture and email address.
With the OneAll Social Login extension installed, all of these things are requested of Facebook when the user clicks the OneAll FB icon on my board, and the FB user is automatically registered with my board. And the FB profile picture becomes their board avatar! Slick.
That said, I'd prefer to use the native Oauth facility in phpBB. However, when I enable it, it does *not* request the user's email address; and the user must still register to create a new account if they don't already have an account to link to.
Is there a way to change this behavior - so that phpBB's Oauth mimics the behavior of OneAll's Social Login extension?
Thanks
Dan
